Some items may take a little longer, this will be stated on the item page. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will be glad to accommodate a rush request if possible, extra shipping charges may apply. Items with personalized ribbons usually ship within 10-14 business days.
Returns / Exchanges:
*We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items we can accept returns upon approval (a restocking fee may apply).
Shipping charges on returned items: Shipping charges will not be returned. The cost to ship the item back is the customer's responsibility. You must contact us prior to making your return.
Absolutely no returns on custom or personalized products (this includes items that are made to order ) or after event date. We cannot accept returns on bath and body products.
